12 December 1996. Here i used tags NOBR and WBR(BR). This NOBR tag will keep the whole context in one line. And BR or WBR can be used to break the line .The Worldwide Conference on Keeping it Together met today for the first time as a group.They had originally met separtely in their respective states.
Discussed today was whether or not the group should vote on a charter together or whether each soverign state should vote separately. They could not quite keep it together.
